Designing the Future of Work

In this age of AI and Gig Economy, the future of our work seems fuzzy and uncertain. Will I still work 40 hours a week in a decade? Will robots take my job away? How can my company manage the rapid changes and implement innovative HR practices to keep employees motivated?

We bring together a panel of industry leaders from DBS, Grab and Jobbatical, with a moderator from Essence, for you to navigate the seemingly complex topic. We will explore what we mean by “Future of Work” and how we can prepare for the volatile and ambiguous futures. Through some cases in the panelists’ respective companies, we will learn how HR/People leaders can implement effective change management strategies.
